I wonder what the feedback/negative comments were on the proposal. I read it and thought it was quite good.

It was a great marketing angle yo get the word out.

It wasn't really a normal business proposal.  It was asking the DAO to buy a heap of Peerplays tokens at the $3 rate and hold on to them.  Something that probably isn't good for either Peerplay token holders (as a huge amount would be in control of the DAO) or for DAO holders as they would be liquidating a whole lot of ether to build another network out.

This is an awesome project, it needs more traction. Don't know why more people are not investing. Maybe everyone is ICO'd out! This project has a lot of upside.  Smiley

That's what I've been saying.  It needs more promotion.  Everyone has seen how big gambling is these days.  I think you have a point about ICO fatigue though.

Ah ok, I see your point, that makes sense. Thanks for explaining.

Yeah I think the DAO would hold such a huge portion of the tokens that it just wouldn't be good for all the rest of us - what if they decided to dump.  I hold both and I think at this stage probably less risky to keep them separate.  Anyway let's see what the new proposal is.

By the way, is there an update on the status of the DAO proposal?  Is it being voted on and how long before something is known?

No and it didn't get a very favourable reception either.  They said they would come back with a better proposal.

Stay calm. The prince is here.

Ok, my bad.  I was going by the number displayed on the peerplays site instead of the correct freedom ledger number.  He could have pointed that out instead of saying just "not true" then following that up with "can u read", thus the hostility.

Oh, that explains it. But very true, he should have done that Smiley

Motherfucker....it was true at the time of posting.   It's that some of the orders expired because of non-payment.    So now it's at 17k.  But at the time it was true, so stfu.

https://secure.freedomledger.com/#/asset/PEERPLAYS

Current supply: 71,180.

That's nearly 30k left.

So I guess that's the reason for him to say "not true".
We both probably have missed some information, but what's with the hostility?
And if we have missed something, can you elaborate?
