I don`t know the disadvantages of p2p exchange. Exchange was tested in various situations.The service checks all possible parameters before making an swap.

Yeah it's a pitty that these slots are only available to few people. There should be more slots so that everybody can deposit there coins

Then it would make the system less valuable. MUE does the same thing with masternode shares.. if everyone can do it, there's pros and cons too.
Although, CryptoBridge let anyone folks lock their coins in at least initially.. not sure it that's changed. So now a lot of the supply is locked up staking. Less supply and constant demand
