You forgot to add that people can free vote only ones per month and it takes a paying for votes besides a free one.

so I guess they require 3btc for listing Pegas cause of dagger algo, in other cases it takes 1btc to go there

Yes, most of exchanges is required too expensive prices for listing today. Guess best option is Yobit or Novaex right now.

Coinexchange can list for 3 btc

Asking Hitbtc support about listing dagger-hash coin, they answered that it will be cost 12btc per year +implementation costs, so too expensive I guess. Now waiting response from Coinexchange, will let to know about results.

Need to talk to them. The website they have great. Maybe the country is different.  The higher the bar the higher they jump!
