I've been mining Penguin Coin and following this thread since the first launch attempt, and having just re-read the OP I can't actually see anything mentioned about planned promotion.
I'm wondering, other than trying to trade (dump) in exchange for established crypto-currencies, what promotion is being done to proliferate its use?
Mr PENG to an exchange! once its added it can bring in alot more miners and activity! Lets spread the word about PENG and tell the exchange operators about this new rising coin if you havent already.

Whilst I believe having any exchange available is good, I'm inclined to agree - tieing a coin to a small, untested exchange early on will only bring problems.. Please remove that market. There are no transactions on it and it will hurt your coin more than anything else.
