The next step is to list wPGO on Dex exchanges and a swapping tool for wPGO and PGO.

PengolinCoin is a project without ICO fundraising but now I see it has been listed on several exchanges whether PengolinCoin has a single investor to fund project progress

For the past several days citizenz7, CryptoVin and Alonewolf have been discussing what the best way to move the project forward is.
As you know the main problems we face now are an old code that needs updating, FPGA and ASIC miners and funding.
We decided that the best way to solve these problems all at once while allowing for future growth is to proceed with a whole new blockchain.
PengolinCoin will no longer be a fork of several different coins. PengolinCoin will be a fork of PIVX. We will have a new blockchain and an up to date code.
This means PengolinCoin will transition from PoW to PoS and Masternodes.
Each block reward will be divided between Masternodes, Stakers and a Dev Fee. There will also be a pre-mine and a swapping period where old PGO will be swapped for new PGO.
The details of all this will be announced later, we just wanted to update everyone on what we have decided so far.
