You are right. I think there's plenty of room. We're working on that but it takes some time as PluraCoin is still let's say "fresh coin" (several months old). Today market cap jumped to $132,000 which is about 2,5 times higher. So let's keep our fingers crossed and look for brighter future :-)
There is no need for coins to have a masternode as our MN works in a different way. This coin isn't POS. You can receive fee from each payment that goes through your masternode. Have a look here for details https://pluracoin.org/masternodes
