Wouldn't say so. Just because someone sold, the market doesn't have to follow. Panic selling at this point doesn't make sense anyway.

Who is the admin of the official PMC forum? Perhaps he can create a private subforum for the big investors so we can discuss such issues. I've been meaning to sign up so I can help with moderation. If I'm given sufficient authorisation I can add new members to the group as they come forward.
