diff has been changed and also the fee

as for the pool ive been running pools on my localhost / servers for years , only coins ive ever added were sha256/scrypt as thats all i mine hence i didnt know what diff to put it as i added this coin to the pool as its good coin and i think its going to go somewere

I don't host pools so I don't know. I don't mine much x11 but I have before.

All I know is the recommended difficulty on the rigs I am looking at and I already told you what they say. lol. If you want to pick random numbers out a hat I can't stop you.

I think that specific numbers are used for a reason, though.
