Pokémooney violates copyright laws by design. This is not official Nintendo initiative and we are using (*indirectly) Pokémon trademark without any permission as we think that mass-culture should not be the subject of any copyrights and the whole copyright system is corrupted long ago.
I can only agree with you. Copyright needs some serious reform.

just a idea ,nothing without great blueprint , investors will not pay for this i think.
For now on we have donation phase and we don't expect much from it. But donators will be the most rewarded ). I'd love to tell you how cool our core developer is, but for some reason he want to keep that Pokemon name and stay anonymous to prevent any legal claims. Anyway, you will see the alpha version and the whitepaper pretty soon and it will speak for itself ). Are you guys think this concept - location-based treasure hunt will meet pokemon go players expectations? Should we emphasize the gaming part?

You came too late dev because there are 2 dev before you with similar coin named poke and xpoke but the 2 made people bleed from their investment.
We are just in time . Watch this thread and we will proof how great our APOS conception is. We've choose incredible early bird bonuses just to encourage the most passionate visionaries. I haven't mentioned any other pokemon-flavored cryptocoins, so those 2 or 4 or even 666 must be not worth to count. Not our league. This coin is not about Pokemon trademark monopoly, it's all about new way of mining.

Certainly nobody will like to pay for this because they have already paid for xpoke on cex and lost to poke on yobit, nobody knows where this is one taking us to, may trex.
