hey, where can I read up on the team? who's involved?

dodging important questions won't earn you trust on my book by the way.

maybe this is one man project, my frind also have one man project and is succesful and legit. I think there is no problem. I bought 65k POSW and took this risk, like i have taken other risk in history and dont regret most of risks. Yea w all want to feel safe and have more information. But sometimes you need to take a risk and experience yourself.

If he is ready to give more information then you have, meanwhile you need to decide. Are you taking a risk or not have a change to be part a something potentialy good or loose few bucks. I think 45 bucks is not big price to get smarter about people intentions.

Thumbs up well said.

Nothing is guaranteed in life only chances  Cool Grin

Love the POSW Steak Show  Kiss Kiss Kiss

that's ignorant and naive. you guys are either brand new in crypto or just some shills trying to legitimate this.

I call this thing shady at this point.

Sorry, why exactly is this shady?

We were away from this board for a day because we were working on the next rollout of the site.  Apologize for the delay in responses.

In terms of the team: we are a group of people from different backgrounds (all comp sci related) that have met through the years - ranging from graduate school programmers working on the side to myself. We all have experience in cryptocurrencies, ranging from pure interest to day trading.  The question was quite vague - what would you like to know more specifically?

We are definitely not in the mood to hide anything here - that being said, contacting us via the website support ticket system is a much better approach than this forum if you want answer quickly.

So do POSw holders will get share from profit of wallet?
It is a good concept. What security features do you have in place to protect the wallet from hacking etc?

security features were asked before, just take back few pages. And there is explanation

Interesting site, how about security? Can you share the security features?

We can't share all the details for... security reasons... - however, we would like to make clear that both cold and hot wallets are used, and no wallets ever share the same server location as any delivered user content.

You can't share security features for security reasons? That's BS. I want to know how you will protect coins, otherwise I call it BS.

The best thing to do is stake a small amount of coins (an amount you are comfortable with) until you have fully tested out the site and deem it to be safe.
You also have the option of turning on 2FA if you wish.

That's not enough. I am talking about server side security. DDoS protection? Certificates? "Not sharing for security reasons" is BS!

Maybe I mis-understood what you were asking - what exactly do you want to know in terms of security?  We are not going to share details on how the backend systems interact to protect the coins, allow for staking, and for delivering fast transactions. Half of security is making sure the general audience has no idea exactly how the backend works to stay ahead of threats.

We are more than happy to be transparent, but will not risk user coins by divulging all of the ins-and-outs of the architecture. In terms of account security, we offer 2FA, log all access, and automatically flag any non-pattern-matching user behavior.  We have a refined DDoS system, a CDN network, and a node balancer across multiple nodes (and adding more with the pre-sale coins).  All interactions are encrypted via https.

Any news/infos about POSW get added to Bittrex Exchange?

dont you think its too early to list it on bittrex, listing fee is realy high. First we should work price up with it. Or if people realy want it make donation for listing , couse 3+ bitcoin to list is realy much especialy for new coin, even GoldBlocks are not listed there yet
I think POSW wallet can use POSW selling option in its platform itself just like they have POSW buying option during crowdsale. They do not need to get listed to any exchange in that case

It seems this thread is a good place to talk about faucets because most Westerners involved in crypto are very reluctant to have anything to do with them and hence I would never start a thread with the word faucets in it for fear of looking like a beggar.  Faucet "profits" on most coins besides BTC, LTC, ETH and maybe one or two others will probably not amount to anything.  There might be a new idea where there is a cheap subscription rate one would pay (in BTC) on a monthly basis and then larger amounts are given which are easier to get (not the five to ten mouse clicks that is usually required).  I don't even see the donation to faucets as a charity but as a way of keeping coins alive.  I think the idea of faucets is a good one but the way it's implemented it doesn't seem good for anyone except those with a lot of time on their hands.  I'm not trying to cause FUD on the site but just wonder if having 10 of a coin that is worth .00001 cent USD is really a good investment in one's time.

Can you pls tell me why some coins are dont stack? For example XRA, PPC, ION and IOC?
Thx

from what i remember about PPC coin, is that it takes 30 days for the coins to be matured and available for staking.

Specifications
Ticker: XRA
Coin Type: 100% PoS (with PoW launch)
Block Header Algo: X11
Last PoW Block: 20,000
Block time: 3 minutes
Coinbase maturity: 50 blocks
PoS Minimum Age: 4 hours

Stake Rate:
Code:

(minimum reward of 100 XRA)
0-1 Days Age: 0.25%
1-2 Days Age: 1%
2-4 Days Age: 1.5%
4-8 Days Age: 2.25%
8-16 Days Age: 3.375%
16-32 Days Age: 5.0625%
32-64 Days Age: 7.5938%
64-128 Days Age: 11.3906%
128-256 Days Age: 17.0859%
256+ Days: 25.6289%

see from XRA. But there is no stacking on POSWallet.com

This is all true - except you need to have an appreciable number of XRA to stake quickly.
