It looks like the timing has been bad for Vogov - most ICOs have stopped to collect any money in this bear market and after too many scams in the sector. Possibly the project will resume when the market would revert the trend. Something has been mentioned in this sense.

Very exciting project idea. I think that transferring public sales is a good idea. In today's market, investors have weak activity. But nobody knows when the market will change its polarity. It will be great if it will be this year.
