It's pre-ico give them some time, they are making updates every day from what i notice.
Their twitter is active aswell since release and their support is helpfull, the only major things that are missing is a more detailed roadmap, a whitepaper, discord/slack (some currencys dont come with proper whitepapers after years of existance take Verge for example) and a bit more info on the team which most likely will come soon aswell.

They are making updates, keeping promises since public release so not a hard choice to get in.

It's our 3th day as stated on our website.
The "About Us" page will include all team and current partner information, this page is in development by our web developer and will be released soon.
