Hi Alex, why are the Hardcap so low? Did the project dont need it?
To release NWP platform we don't need millions, only 150-200 k USD, the rest will be spend on PR and marketing for upcoming ICO.
It will be easy to close an ICO with working business with clients and partners , not just an idea. Current stage is similar to pre seed with prototype (will be available in the end of april when pre sale starts)

pre sale - 30 april - till 1 june. ICO - 1 dec - 30 Jan 2019
we take time for product development . by September we will have platform with full functionality available for everyone.
then 2-3 months for roadshow, PR and exhibitions.
