I have a question : will Kratos always be an erc20 token, or will they ever create a proprietary blockchain and then swap the token for a new Kratos coin?

Hello, why do you set such huge spread between soft cap = $5 000 000 and hard cap = $ 55 000 0000? Is this real amount that you need to start your project? I mean $55 000 000.
That happens from time to time that there are such huge differences between the gaps and I also think that it sometimes looks a bit strange. If they can do the project with $5 000 000 then why also ask for even 1000% more.

Anyway, I think that Kratos developers should apply for Ethos universal wallet. I am not shilling ethos, but I think that a partnership could be useful for both parties involved. The a wallet is focused a lot on erc20 tokens after all

It has great potential but a lot of commodity traders are huge financial institutions or other huge traders and they will want a registered and certified platform that is absolutely trustworthy. And building trust also takes time.
