So the tokens for team and founder are frozen for more than half a year. Why So?
Nobody can sell the tokens untill they're listed on exchanges. All the tokens distributed on pre-TDE are transferable but not tradeable. And the tokens for founders and team will be frozen till the time of TDE. A wonderful idea, but I have some doubts. We have already Ledger Nano, Trezor and others. Is there a free spot for another hardware wallet?
Sure, because now the functionality of Ledger is quite weak. This is just a wallet. That's it. No further functionality. And in the world, which is becoming aware of a shared concern of cyber privacy there is a hot-button demand for a "smartphone" for cyber security. And Giza is such a device.

I read white paper but still vague about how the token GIZA works, what is the purpose of this token for holders?
You can sell them on exchange in November 2018 (price will be more $1 per token) or you can get profit of leasing a license. Software price is equivalent to 80% of GIZA Device price.
