Our invest strategy – sublease.

In this strategy we invest into residential and commercial real estate.
The yield according to the strategy is 50-900% per annum.

Slightly simple - we lease a large object and sublet it in parts. Works for offices, apartments, retail space, mini-hotels, etc.

We issue loans secured by real estate for an amount not exceeding 50% of the market price of the
property at a rate of 3-5% per month.

Taking into consideration the defaults/penalties, the yield on this strategy is 36-150% per annum.
At the same time, all loans are secured by liquid property.

I think it's too early to talk about the results of these projects.
