Used the service without any problems many times before.
Until the last time. My transaction has been stuck for 2 days at this moment.
Amount received but NOT forwarded to me. For some reason processing is significantly delayed.
I have sent 3 emails already before posting it. And got NO answer.
It says "we aim to respond to all requests within 12 hours" but I'm waiting for more than 40 hours.
Please check your email and resolve that case promtly!
I don't want to believe that this is the end and exit scam of the great service.

if they are legit how come they ended up in these blacklists and have never bothered to report false positives to the given websites or resolve the issue?
I believe they actually tried that (maybe not enough), but no one listened to them.Someone reported about the possible misleaded tag: https://github.com/MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect/issues/1598
They commented about this on May 2018 but the repo maintainer only market it with a "needs-more-information" label and nothing have ever happened from both sides.

When i tried to open the Privcoin.io link, i got warnings from both Metamask and U Block origin extensions about a possible malicious website I am about to visit.
The domain is blacklisted and found in the lists of

I hope that you are not waiting for too much in case that it's lost forever.
I'm having an issue with ChipMixer with amount that is not large for some, but it is for me.
It looks like ChipMixer is also not taking enough care about his site. Rarely online, SSL expiring, chips running out...

- Different hosting providers, different countries, and different server architectures to prevent fingerprinting and surely different TTPs to administrate them both?
- If they are hosted on different hosts, then how do you manage to link the databases securely?

In it he mentions mixers directly
In response to this speech we blocked all United States users a month ago in a good faith effort not to do business with that country. Since then we have been planning the following updates to make it more clear that Americans are not permitted to use our services.
1) We have moved our FAQ about America near the top. Previously it was near the bottom because it was the most recent thing added. https://www.privcoin.io/faq/
2) We have users now certify they are not from America before each mixing process.
These updates are now deployed on the website.
We have for the last month initiated Geo blocking of all Americans and we are reviewing this technology to see where it can be improved. We are also reviewing more methods for making it clear that Americans cannot use our services.

Can you PM or email the letter of guarantee? It's a rare bug with ETH when our wallet sometimes tries to double spend from the same wallet if there are many ETH mixes within 5 minutes of each other but not the same time. I am sure if you look at the from address you will see another transaction at the same time.
This issue is resolved and it was a new bug we've never seen.
