No, it is usually just the presence pin not connected if you use a normal ribbon cable riser. My cards have the presence pin shorted properly, the card will identify on the board. I have now sold thousands of them, and nobody has had a problem.

Yeah about 6.2K a month give or take. Electricity is about 1 - 1.2K a month though. I have about 43K into mining hardware and electricity it if you count pre-orders that haven't arrived. If I sold all of my coins today I would be up 9.4K after expenses and still have a bunch of video cards to ebay. I am hoping that 2014 will be a very good year.

Whats the deal with the risers? Can I add a couple extra pci-e x1 slots via usb? I know thats not what you are selling, just curious. Even if I could would the motherboard/cgminer even see the gpus on the new x1 lanes?

Not from usb, they let you extend cards from every pci -x slot to a card, if your motherboard will support it. I'm running 5-6 cards on every rig, nice and spaced out on big racks. No overheating problems at all!!
Ok thanks, you might want to look into sourcing some x-16? There seems to be a certain Asrock board out there that likes to have the x-16 slot filled. Could be mistaken but thats been my experience so far from what I can tell.

CGremote works with linux miners for at least monitoring - Im using it to watch some Ubuntu miners.

I switched over to one of the beta servers and seemed to be doing a little better. My rigs are all Q-0 S-3 E-6, things still get a little crazy though when we drop a bunch of hash on the little coins.
H20 was dividing the pools hash the other day for a while, but I suspect it was done manually? Hopefully he can get it automated.

Thanks, thats good to know. I'm using various versions of modified BAMT from Bee on litecoin talk forums. I think its Debian? based. Maybe if I could learn to compile it myself or something, I really have no Idea, I'm just barely able to get all this stuff working as it is.

I just used a TechNet license for all of those copies of Windows 7. Although TechNet has been discontinued now so I guess that is no longer an option.

I wonder what I am doing wrong. Today was a decent day, but just over .01 per Mh/s for me. A far cry to the .015 that many are reporting. I have been connected to the pool since it's inception and am always between 22 and 24 Mh/s.

CGRemote shows a total of 12 hardware errors and many of these rigs have been weeks without a reboot. The 7950's hash at about 630-670 while the R9 280's are between 690-735. While I haven't done the math on all 42 cards, the ones I glanced at are at least 85% WU vs. Hash Rate. Most of the 7950's are undervolted a bit and so are a few of the R9 280's.
Can anyone think of anything that I might be missing?

So I est you are making about $6K a month on that setup? Problem is I want your setup! Seriously though.. I haven't seen many reporting 1.5 per Mh/s. I've seen many claim 1.3. Looks like some of your reject rates are around 3-5% and I have seen users saying they'v whittled that down to .2%. Work utility needs to be watched. With so many miners you have a greater chance for variance and a lot more to manage.
Oh, and you can't just tell us .01 avg for just today. Give us some moving averages.
Oh and edit again... Have to reiterate the importance of variance with the number of miners you have working. really gets into a matter of watching each one of them and tweaking them all to optimal. If it were me with that setup... I could quit normal life and spend a few hours a day on my mining rigs and the rest of time planning a vacay
