Ok, I don't know the specific stats for all the coins ect so you could be right, anyhow Coins E is allowing them for trade now so if you are correct then there should  be more suckers to sell to now

like i said on the last page, with the profit we're making, block times, and the calculated difficulty there isn't anything else we could be mining.  Unless as someone else claimed that h20 could be feeding us false difficulties, but then the question would be what else is this profitable right now?

  BTC.0177 for me today!  Best payout yet!  If only my stupid frigging 6770 had made it onto the delivery truck today! It missed going out today by about 2 hours.  The huge payouts are helping the pain I'm experiencing because of the price drops.  If we can keep this up I will be beyond happy.  The payouts' potential is even huger if you're perhaps very optimistic and believing that the prices will rebound shortly (I mean like a few weeks or so) like I am If Bitcoin was at $1000 right now, a lot of people here with insane hashrates would be getting even more ridiculous amounts of money.

Also, that stirs up a question I have.  To someone that has insane to me hashrates north of ~5 Mh/s or so, how do you accomplish this?  Is it sheer hardware volume like a basement full of 7950s, or are using some more, *ahem* sneaky methods? (botnets?...) If you had a basement full of 7950s, I'm pretty sure that would heat an entire room, but whatever.  I noticed that the guy with the top hashrate made something like BTC1.73 today.  That's a lot.

Lastly, has anyone tried mining with a reference design 6770?  I know this isn't the best place to ask but I don't think it's deserving of a thread.  I haven't found much googling it but I'm wondering what kind of fan noise is required to keep it safe for temperature.  I just want to be able to sleep in the same room as it and keep it under 80-85 degrees or so.  I guess I have an MSI 7870 heatsink+fans I could try to mount on it if it's too hot, but I'd rather not unless heat/noise is a problem.

I really doubt we are miing doge coin due to liquidity unless there are private buyers out there which I also doubt but anyway ...If we are mining doge coin at one point or another here is another exchange for it.

I just wanna say my initial impressions of Middlecoin pool are great.  Only been mining there for a couple days but so far the payouts have been far better than I hoped.  Looking at other people's transaction history with hashrates similar to mine makes me think we're doing a little better than average the last day or two.  Keep up the good work, I hope these payouts can continue!

I'm pretty sure it's just a display issue.  My values haven't updated in at least a half hour but everything's OK and shares are still being accepted in CGMiner. 

With the rate that middlecoin is growing and the chaos h2o is probably having to deal with daily some minor glitches and whatnot are to be expected. 

so there's nothing wrong with the backend right ? just a display issue ... I'll carry on then oh and don't trade the doge on cryptsy it's chaos up in that bit*h

The price of doge is going up.  If we were mining those today the payout will be good again methinks.

The webpage update is running slow for a bit, and might not update for a while. Until I do the payout today. Then it should be running smoothly.

so I was out for a while mining dogecoins on a small pool for the lulz now I've reconnected my 3 miners to middlecoin for 10 mins (eu server because I'm in the eu) they are all mining and getting shares but on the frontend of the website my username(btc addr) is showing blank in accepted shares ...

what do ?

Multipool is the worst of the 3 IMO, i have the eu server as my failover now with hashcows as the 2nd.  There was a post a page or 2 back i think where a few others were mentioned that i haven't seen before. 

I'm using the middlecoin EU server as a failover; multipool and hashcows have similar profit-switching services that you can setup accounts with, not as good as middlecoin IMO but better than nothing if the server is down.

I just added a modest ~900kh/s towards this pool from Norway after reading the comments in this thread. I'd been mining at multipool, got that set up as a failover now. Entertains me no end to be mining Dogecoins 

if you convince everyone else that something is worth more than it actually is you can sell for a higher price.  If the price is high enough you make significantly more than you spent to get it to that level

I don't understand. (I don't have a great knowledge of economics) but if someone has 30 million coins, why would they bother to spend 0.4 BTC on 2000 DOGE?

0.4 BTC is a small price for someone to pay if it raises that value by even 20% when they dump their 30 million coins.
