Yes that is correct but they would have to launch this is the project many investors are looking to invest because of the roadmap and platform, I believe they are just confirming private investors participation hence the delay, we'll see how it goes when the Ico is announce.

If that statement from telegram which shows reward for early supporters will be released by 15th march it indicated one thing that ICO will start around these dates. It is one of the most awaited crowdfunding campaign. It can disrupt the gambling industry fully with its potential and approach.

Lurking in Providence telegram and people are very excited to receive their shares that will happen before March 15 that's interesting usually bounties are sent a week or even a month after the Ico but the dev marketing thought it's ok to send the bounty much earlier I wish other ICO will follow Providence lead.

Yes, the coinmarket already traded tokens which have the name of the casino,so that the project has a place to be, and most likely will be promising.
There are only a few cryptocurrency that targeted online casinos the last one I've known is Rbies but I think this one is going to be very promising because of the composition of the team and they have one country where they can set up their network.
