So what's the fundamental difference?

They simply reduced the amount of investment at the initial stage of the project, and also increased the number of companies.
Is it possible to call this a new strategy?
This reduces risks, and increases the profit potential!
C'mon... I do not see anything fundamentally new in terms of portfolio investment in the pulsar scheme!
Also, more projects do not provide any guarantees for the success of projects. Easily 50% of the selected projects can fail.
