Getting a message on the wallet all of a sudden that says: Warning Displayed Transaction may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade. I am running the latest wallet, and it was in sync all day. Doesn't seem to be completing the last little part of the sync now.

Yeah seen that. My opinion, most coins get notices around the holidays, valentines and family day just passed.
C-cex finished there maintenance on there api. So I'm in the middle of building the new bot for c-cex.
I will add c-cex and bittrex on one application after c-cex is completed.
Crypto-Trade is shutdown temporarily for at least 3 months.
Buy / sell some more pxi and support pxi on bittrex.

4. BLOCK TIME OR BLOCK REWARD
I'm just looking into changing the block time or reward. Not sure how hard it is,
but changing the reward to a smaller number or changing the block time to 2 min,
is Prime-XI's goal for this year. Including changing the wallet to a better design and plus
some features. Any ideas post it on this thread, thank you.
What was the decision on this ?.
Its still in works, I haven't put a time frame on this project yet. When the draft is finished, It will be posted with detailed information.
Any input for wallet or changing block time/reward is still being accepted to help with draft.

Hmm,
How about introducing a block taper for rewards, into this scheme, of about 3-7% per annum
To late to add Block Halvings 
Therefore, you'd have annual buzz or buying pressure increase around block rewards or tapers
After all, if you're gonna do the work for changing block rewards or block times, you might as well put a macro economic shortening of supply mechanism

Not sure why your getting that, check your internet connection.

C-Cex's API has been restored and it takes a bit longer to crash but it still crashes. Will we be able to use C-Cex again on the next update?

It's not started yet, but it will be completed this year. Prime-xi is open source so anyone can make a new wallet any time, like how "cinnamon" made a wallet last year.
