Why do you think QRK didn't already skyrocket with its implementation in China? the price of Doge is amazing regarding the huge amount of coins...

We aren't really sure what the wallets doing. Just interesting that it's active.

As of now, they haven't been hurting the coin at all. Kolin thinks that they have been slowly selling their coin. I personally hope so. By slowly selling their coin, they aren't crashing the price (although it will take longer to go up), and they are distributing quark so that instead of one person having 33 million, many will have smaller amounts.

It's great to see a big wallet selling to the many new quark investors. Although it may be hard to move up in quarks price until he sells his last 23 million, it will help a lot in the long run

As far as china ... BTER has been trading QRK for awhile which is also a chinese exchange, plus you had that top wallet sell off about 10MM of their position into the BTC38 release. so it was most likely the exchange's wallet or someone possibly trying to suppress the price?
