Yay! A new website and foundation has finally gotten off the ground!

For those that don't know, James has been a really proactive member of quark and has shown himself to be a trustworthy and stand up guy (returning donations for the website when it appeared nothing was going to happen due to the mess that is the current state of affairs with quark). James also has the skill set necessary to promote and advance the adoption of quark.

The fact that Kolin will not be involved is a great thing.

says the member with 21 posts -  clearly he would know being a veteran of the troll... ah Crypto industry ha ha !

Thanks for you kind words. Just like what Kolin said, at this moment I'm the holder of the wallets, But i don't want to stay that for long.
If Kolin is so kindly to contact Bill Still and ask him to be the holder of the wallets, that would benefit the Foundation very much.

Or if somebody else knows how to contact Bill Still, send me a personal message.

James.

ps: All the Quarks that i receive on the Foundation Wallet address or the projects address, will be donated to the new address that Bill Still will be the holder of.

www.quarkfoundation.cc

is not formally supported by myself - the only wallet holder for all donations is James and i do not know who this person is.

if you donate Quark to a project on there do it with due caution.

I have proposed an independent third party Wallet that may be held by someone like Bill Still (whom we can all trust)

but this has not been resolved as of yet -

we don't want another "tradefortress" issue -  so use caution -

if an when that changes - i will come back here and endorse the "Quark Foundation"   -

The Quark Foundation is now online.
You can find the website by going to: http://www.quarkfoundation.cc

There is even a forum where you can discuss current projects.

digitalindustry - It seems you would have a better idea than anyone here, regarding the question I posed on the page before. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4237501

Quote
Is there any information available regarding how many nodes Quark has?
How many GPU's/Cpu's does Quark have defending it?
How can we make sense of Quarks Gh/s in relation to BTC, LTC, etc. considering that Quark has 6 algoriths? Does that matter much?

I'm trying to get a picture of it's network strength, regarding my post above. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4226452

Can you answer this, add some direction, etc?

Appreciated,
IAS

sure - i will post back here - i will find out -

It seem like Quark been doing pretty well lately base off of the actions happening in the market and community.

http://finance.fortune.cnn.com/2013/12/31/fortress-is-forming-a-bitcoin-fund/

I can't help, but think that this is VERY related to Quark too.

Very excited for 2014!

Wow just as we expected. 2014 is going to be very big for BTC and QRK. I see huge price increases for both.

James Corbett mentions Quark.

I didn't know him until today so i'll quote the original poster on Quark forums: "For any of you Quarkers out there who enjoy and follow James Corbett of the Corbett report, I was super pleased to hear him mention Quark in an interview on Self-Education Radio.  He was discussing Bitcoin and said that he thought it was a good idea to put some money into it, and also some of the other cryptos like QUARK.  That's the only one he mentioned and he didn't go into why.  But I have tremendous respect for Corbett. He absolutely thinks for himself, does all his own research and is brilliant.

This gives me a boost of confidence in Quark and my gut feeling that it's a good coin for the future."

Here he talks about Quark at 12:55 www.corbettreport.com/interview-780-james-corbett-on-self-education-radio/

That is great. He obviously heard of it thru Bill Still.

I have been a fan of james corbett for atleast 5 years now and highly value his opinion.

Well james corbett advice is what I already do: I look into many cryptocurrencies, and try to find the best suited for me.

I am not sure if james corbett understands what a SCAMcoin is, and how a scam works with cryptocurrencies.
(I am not calling Quark a scam, I am just asking if james corbett even knows what we know)

James Corbett doesn't accept ANY cryptocurrency on his website, not for donations, not for dvds, not for anything.
So while I value his opinion, he obviously doesn't put his money where his mouth is.

But he might. We will see. I would donate quarks to him if he had a quark wallet, even more than I would to bill still.

lets make that happen .
