One opportunity for miners to leverage rented hash power and take advantage of merged mining, especially on platforms like CMinors-Pool for Scrypt merged mining, as well as CMinors-Pool for SHA256 coins. Here’s a brief guide on how you can mine Qubecoin with rented hash power and benefit from merged mining

It has no future because in 8 years it is listed only on one exchange. The investment was totally wrong with it.

The blockchain is moving. Someone is mining. But I can't find a single pool available online?!

merge mining added to private pool to get chain moving

Updated - Delisting Notification on Quebecoin (QBC)
8/29/2021

Quebecoin(QBC) will be delisted from shorelinecrypto exchange on Sep 25, 2021, delayed for one more week than prior notice.  The last trading day for Quebecoin(QBC)   is 09/24/2021.

On Sep 25,  2021, QBC will be delisted and removed from exchange.  Please withdraw all your Quebecoin(QBC) balances to your private Quebecoin(QBC) wallet before QBC delisting day.

The decision on delisting is based on technical determination that Quebecoin network is extremely unstable and not functional.  There has been no block mined for more than 2 weeks.  So far no Quebecoin dev has come forward recently on this coin chain for technical rescue and it was abandoned by current dev or miners obviously.

Note that we will facilitate withdrawal of all QBC from exchange as much as possible before delisting day. Due to technical non-functional coin blockchain, we expect that our existing QBC exchange holders may be unable to smoothly withdraw QBC  in all or in part.  Treat your QBC at exchange as donation to exchange if you are unable to withdraw QBC from exchange before delisting day because of QBC blockchain failure.

I posted some suggestion in discord channel on the new swapping coin issue:

I have not followed QBC for a while, do not know the full story of this chain getting frozen issue.  It feels that it is the ASIC miners or pools dumped this coin QBC recently.  If it is just ASIC miner issues, and you want a new swap coin to replace the old. Have you guys looked into forking either Nengcoin or Cheetahcoin for this purpose?  Nengcoin (NENG) is on scrypt,  and Cheetahcoin (CHTA) is on SHA256 so both can be mined by regular ASICs, however, both have new difficulty algo that is also a CPU coin or android phone mining coin.   If all ASICs dump both coins, as long as there are some CPU miners mining both coins on PC or android phone, both are working fine.   If QBC fork one of them, then you keep ASIC miners on either SHA256 or scrypt, but not on hostage by ASIC because  the bottom line  is that Nengcoin or Cheetahcoin is mainly a CPU  or mobile miner controlled coin.

Some communication in discord channel on delisting at SLC issue:

@𝕯𝖏𝖆𝖋𝖚𝖑𝖑  I am aware that you guys are considering doing a swap on a new chain for new QBC.  If you do decide to do that, and want to list your newly swapped coin at shorelinecrypto (SLC),  there might be a way to have exchange to swap for you using back-end database record at shorelinecrypto for those who can not withdraw QBC before delisting because of dead old chain.  Send a ticket email to SLC support channel  for fee estimate for listing new QBC if that happens in the future.

Thanks, and I'll inform the dev

Hello QBC dev,

there are no blocks for 7 days.  Quebecoin is in danger now.

Any fix on the QBC blockchain issue? I  just noticed that last block on QBC is 7 days ago.  The chain is in danger now.
Or is it that miners abandoned this coin?

The nodes have not been synced for 19 days and so it's impossible to mine QBC at the moment.
I have been trying via miningdutch but they can't sync their wallet and nor can I.
I like QBC so this is immensely annoying.
Sort it out, devs!
