It's good to hear your problem was but it is not a good thing they have dedicated support team like a professional project. I'm holding this token since the ICO and still it is struggling to catch the attention of the people. They have to re-arrange their strategy how to make it valuable if they really want to make it successful.
As I said, solving the problem is not so important as answering questions. In the end, I'm not going to sell tokens at the current price, so I can wait with the problem of withdrawing tokens to the wallet.
At first, I also held tokens purchased on the ICO, but then I decided to transfer them to tokenized weapons, it seemed to me that this is a more profitable investment.

So, what can you say about your decision to to transfer RC to tokenized weapons? It's been almost half a year. Was you investment in weapons more profitable?

The RCC bundles sold on website are higher than exchange prices so that we do not undercut the prices on exchanges. The major purpose is for credit card users to be able to get RCC and then get involved in NFT trading. This lets us educate non-crypto users and get them interested in Blockchain where usually they would not be interested if they had to go to an exchange to get RCC.
I've explained 100's of times but i'll do it again - there have been no exchanges that are free or low fee, that can justify the costs of listing to us. Many times people say we are giving excuses, but none of you have ever given examples of these free exchanges or exchanges that "ask for a penny" for listing.
I've also explained how we've been on several of the type of exchanges you talk about, yet most of them have disappeared due to market forces.
Again, we are always getting emails about exchanges and we talk to them, most want unjust fees and have no liquidity/user base. We are in talks with Bitrue and others, but we shall see what comes of it.
Thanks for recognising our work on our Augmented Reality Combat Game - Reality Clash!
I found here on the forum such a picture with prices from last year, well, it's just the most hardcore exchanges)). I remember that there was also a cheap listing price on the well-known Yobit exchange  Smiley.
By the way, although Yobit is not respected by serious traders, but it is very popular among schoolchildren - and those who play games in principle, can go to play its users.
And these schoolchildren may like the game that will attract an additional number of players to the project and give an impetus to trading on the stock exchange.
I'm certainly not a marketer, it's just that - thoughts.

How much did you collected in your ico?
We are looking at bitrue (what is your opinion of them?) and we'll look into Yobit again. Last time we applied there was either an issue or large fee, times have changed though.  Thanks for the info!

I m wondering how many btc you did collected in your ico?

Try to find the alternative way for support dev is not active in this topic as he came online time to time. Email address is giving on the official website maybe you will find them there and hopefully your issue will get resolve soon.
I have already contacted the support service with this question by email, they really solved the problem in a few days, but I never got an answer to the questions themselves.
Therefore, though rarely here, developers answer the questions themselves. By the way, the token withdrawal is still not working. Perhaps it has something to do with the price of the transaction.

For several days now I have been trying to withdraw tokens from my personal account to my wallet, but one and the same error constantly appears (Fatal error: Uncaught Error:) etc).
And for about a month now I have been trying to withdraw several lots from sale, and also with this some delays, it is written - CANCELLATION IN PROGRESS.
Why doesn't it happen immediately, fully automatically?

Yes Uniswap has been so popular, shame the ETH network fees have been so crazy high lately.
We have looked into it before but will check again and so will see if we can use the service to provide liquidity to the market for better trading opportunities. Thanks for the suggestion!

^good to be on the list of surviving blockchain companies, many have fallen.

The only reason why you still survive is because your team has no balls to add your token to an exchange because you will lose it all. Now that there is a rally and posible that price will go to ATHs, its only now that you plan to add your RCC to an exchange. After years of developments, there is nothing new to it actually. I have tried downloading and its the worse. Very unlikely to what was in the youtube ad.

The network seems to be starting to recover, now the fee is about 70 gwei, in general at the peak it was about 300 gwei , it was, of course, madness.
The wave of DEFI hyip will subside a little and everything will come back to normal, and some fix will be released by Buterin otherwise users will start actively ticking over to other blockchains.
I watched the video, by the way, quite a lot of survivors, some of them I didn't even know, it's good that we are there and they remember us.

Yobit has bad reputation instead of focusing on it you should have to try Uniswap which is working smoothly and have good reputation. This DEX has very easy process to trade you jjust have to provide the liquidity and attract the people to trade there. I hope this will help this project to get more exposure.
Many do not trust Yobit, complain about its lack of cleanliness in some matters, but they still continue to trade there, especially when there is no other option, because Yobit lists everything or almost everything.
Uniswap is now more popular than it was and is still gaining momentum, and I think that's not the limit of its capabilities yet, so it's also a great option for listing.
Bitrue is good too, but I would prefer Yobit and Uniswap more.

We are not asking for a listing on Vinance, although that would be nice). There are exchanges with a low level of social responsibility, which ask a penny for listing.
You could have started at least with them. So do not talk about frantic requests from exchanges for listing, these are excuses.
At first, they said that the product itself is important first of all for you, and then the exchange, but the product has been ready for a long time, and the exchangers are still not there.

The project has been running for two years in which:
We've developed an innovative AR game from inception to MVP release with 50,000+ downloads with a limited budget for marketing.
We designed and tokenised unique NFTs which are available to trade on multiple exchanges and have utility.
We've built a decentralised trading platform for these tokenised assets.
Set up RCC on multiple exchanges which were legitimate and did not charge ludicrous fees.
We've designed and implemented a bridge between our game and the Ethereum blockchain.
We continue to develop new use cases for NFTs, we are still planning and working on the RC economy plus we continue to develop the mobile game and take it to the next stage - mass market.
Unfortunately, a few of the exchanges we were listed on have gone offline or are rebuilding following the bear market. Also we were not in a position to pay a huge price (250,000- 1 million USD) for a listing fee at a major exchange in the past two years. To most speculators, this counts as a project failure since they haven't yet made big money by doing nothing but waiting. What a shame.

I’ll tell you more that even investors and not speculators have not earned anything yet. Because selling your coin is not where. Of the remaining exchanges, there is only forkdelta, where the volumes are ridiculous at a ridiculous price.
Yes, I see that you did a great job on the game, but you paid too little attention to the economy, so those who once bought your tokens are forced to keep them until now.
By the way, the question was born: why on your website the coins are sold not at the exchange rate but a hundred times more expensive than the maximum price on the exchange?))

No one gain from this project except the team who hold  a lot of ETH during hte ICO bullrun run. So much selfishness in this team that they never even try adding this token to an exchange that don't ask any fee at all.

If someone invested to the project all because they though they can profit thru trading, that would mean they failed to see this from happening. Poor trader.

That is the dark side of this project even the team is active but they are not making any efforts to bring this token on any good exchange. Maybe majority of the investors forgot about this project and accept their losses because of this practice. Now there is very rare for this project to make comeback.

Yes, i agree with you. if we want to invest, it's better to look for other projects that pay more attention to their tokens and investors. This project has been running for more than 2 years, but there is no good development with their tokens, and when we talk about the Reality Clash game, we can see it on Google Play:
