I guess that won't happen easily, we have seen this coin traded in smaller exchanges like hitbtc and cryptopia and now we are expecting this to be in bittrex. I think we need to be realistic here, it's a step by step process, when more demand will be created then maybe that is the time we will see it in bittrex.

Some people want to dump their coin when it reaches bigger exchanges because once is listed in higher exchanges the value of RCC will increase immediately. Even I will hold my RCC when it is listed on the big exchange like Bittrex.

I think we can buy this coin before listed on the big exchange because this coin price still below ico price. If this project already released their games and the community grow it's possible the community will encourage so that this coin listed on the big exchange

it always does happen but then most of the time as well people also realize how big their profit can be when BTC once again rise. you just have to keep holding some stash while also holding some btc for quick profits every now and then.

It's only possible to trade in EtherDelta now and the it's not listed yet in https://coinmarketcap.com/.
I hope we can see great progress soon about additional exchanges, I have my RCC tokens but I just cannot sell it right now since almost all of my altcoins in my blockfolio is bleeding.

This token can not listed in coinmarket.com because the total volume trading of this token below the required of Coinmarket. As far as I know, ~100,000 dollars for total volume trading will be enough to listed in coinmarket, however, after listed on EtherDelta exchange till today, this token does not have any huge volume trading like 100,000 dollars in 24 hours.
