Due to the huge decline of the market, some doubt is that the bond is the solvent.Where can they get millions of virtual dollars? At least we can see the real estate support currency. There will be a good safe haven.

We have more than 8 million usd raise. Its pretty huge, a lot of people like the project and the team can do great things with that money. I think things will continue to go well. I'm so impatient to see the value go up after the ico cause people will want more real token.

when will you list your token?

Its actually already listed here: https://etherdelta.com/#REAL-ETH

Tokens are not transferable yet tho, I guess.

What does that mean they're no transferable? If i have them in mew i ca transfer them anywhere.

If it's not transferable in Token's contract you can't transfer it. You can try if you're skeptical, but you will fail
Yes the dev has said it before, and you can lose a little bit of your money for the tax.

Etherdelta is decentralised peer-to-peer so the users decide which trading pairs are available. REAL tokens are transferable 7 days after the contribution period, so you can't trade there yet anyhow.

I hope they get listed on some good centralised exchanges though. On the site they state they already have a partnership with Gatecoin and are in talks with Bittrex, Liqui and HitBTC. Bittrex would be great!

Bittrex unfortunaly doesn't list many coins lately, almost none at all - regulations are a big issue for them. But it would be really nice to see REAL on Liqui or Binance even.

Bittrex is indeed very picky, even though i like the exchange. REAL has a good community and quite some hype behind it though, so i do expect some exchanges like HitBTC and Binance to pick it up quickly and Bittrex in the future.

Bittrex will come in the future. It first has to proof itself.
Coins or tokens who are getting listed on Bittrex has to go through a huge process. REAL will be there in the futuren.

Now focus on smaller ones like Etherdelta or Liqui, maybe Livecoin

Congratulations on the success of the pre-sale. I really feel like this project is THE RE based one to take part in this year, and will set the mold others will try to clone.
This is one of the few projects where the team actually invested in their company, 1/3 mil! This does says something that they are committed to their project. Congrat Real.
Wow, didn't know that. That's impressive. Unlike other projects who raise millions so they are set for life salary wise, even if the project itself fails.
I am not sure if that is a reliable indicator for success in this environment. If they can make up for their own investment though an ICO, you actually take weight from their shoulders. Not saying this is bad per se, but it can also be a strategic marketing move set up precisely for a successful ICO.
Yeah it takes money to make money, but that initial investment shows initiative cos technical they didn't have to do it to have a successful ICO, several other companies had success without it.
True. We'll leave it up to the team to prove us either wrong or right. Let's hope for the best Wink
I doubt there is any project where there wasnt some initial investments. They have to do research, publicity, programing, maybe hiring staff and so on.
Its not hard to do that if you believe in your project and it payed off.

Hmm, it seems like I missed the airdrop and bounty event...

So, if I want to get some REAL coins, where can I get them, beside of Etherdelta?

The project is interesting! I'll follow you!
It's definitely worth to follow. Read their white paper, website comments. In my opinion the best in REAL is that they will be paying dividends so you will have constant stream of ETH  Cool

Agree with you. I invested it in first day. I believe will be rewarded very well  Wink

Will Binance still excist after the whole China debacle? I thought that they are China based?

Binance is based in Hong-Kong and they are listing a lot of western coins lately while removing the chinese coins, so they will not be affected.

Aren't you going to start an airdrop or a bounty event?

They have a bounty campaign which is closed for new participants.
Yes the last day to participate is August 31th

Hmm etherdelta isn't quite the exchange to do some trading on. Most people have hard time understanding how it works.
I think it's a better idea to wait for the bigger exchanges to pick this up... Personally i'll just hold my tokens for a couple of years and see then.

Its ok Etherdelta but I'm also not a big fan of this exchange.
I use keep my tokens on MEW that works for me Smiley. All my tokens I buy are for holding because I believe in the projects I buy-in. Same for REAL, just keep my tokens in a safe place. Will use them if I'm planning to buy a house  Tongue
Haha, i dont really like etherdelta, it makes my eyes hurt.

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
Profit from renting real estate or from selling. They build and than can lease or sell.

simplyfied:
they buy an estate and maintain it (they rent it). Therefor they need to take "management fees" because they do the work. then they take a small percentage of the income as a profit for themselfes. they rest of the income is diveded through the investors

No, they ll build estate for investors money, not buy. And than, they can sell or lease estate. As I understand.

oh, my bad.
but that is even cooler isnt it?

I asked Melissa in the Telegram group if they were licensed to do property management. She told me REAL team is not doing the property management but they were discussing terms with a few management companies. So, that would be the opposite of collecting fees for managing the properties. Fees would go to the management company.
