What you are saying is, I write a database, and in this database I put a number of bank accounts. I don't say that ! I can send you Bitcoins or ETH, then your platform don't need take dollars, and can run without blockchain. Bittrex is an example of a platform that don't need using blockchain.

Yes, I am here just for speculative reasons. In reality was my mistake investing in Real after reading the white  paper that said something about diferent ways the token would increase the price and not having the skills to evaluate the project.

As you said REAL is far from be a speculative token. Is a centralized state crowdfunding platform that never needed be in a blockchain.




How can you say that? Real property partecipations are part of a real estate contract, when they'll send the monthly revenue of the real estate to the contract, each RPP will get a certain amount of Ether, automatically and without human errors, without a third party, because that's a contract between us and the real estate. Guess what? That's a smart contracts' use case.



You use smart contracts inside the platform but the same could be done using any software, is not essential to use smart contacts, you could do the same with any program language, No ?

At the end it seems to me that your business model litle sense for me: is  changing ETH or Bitcoin to REAL, you change a crypto that increases value very fast for an stable REAL that give you the remuneration of a rent.

By the way, If you bought 100 ETH in the ICO ( ETH was 300 USD ) , so you spend 30,000 USD, now you will have 17.300 USD ( as each ETH give you 220 REAL )

If you just keep the ETH now you will have 91.000 USD as ETH Tripled.

Lucky for REAL that their 11.000.000 would become about 30.000.000 USD but not so lucky for investors.

You can't communicate with them in their Telegram channel, closed to people. As well now you can't access now their webpage, they are very secretive and just pop up a message that they are working in the platform.

I invested because some of the members have some prestigious, like Bernardo Hernandez  ( ex executive at Google  and partner now in venture capital E.Ventures,but it seems he just lent his name to the company but bot involved much, just advisor occasionally ). It seems founders and advisors  are involved  in many different projects and  don't do much contribution to this company. Learned an important lesson here: what seems a good team can be an horrible one.

Not sure even if they have any developer that knows something about blockchain ( now you can't check the team in website ).

Whether you think it will rise in the medium to long term, it is not right to speculate with the community's money, especially after the ICO price tanked and investors lost the opportunity cost of holding ether, which they themselves don't seem to be capitalising on.



Cashing out is always have some risks. It was below $400. And some of though it was good opprtunity to cash out partly when Ethereum was over $500. Then $1000.
I don't know their strategy but there is good amount of money waiting for buying some properties which give real value to the tokens.

I think the point is that people invested in REAL to be real estate investors, not crypto speculators. Sure, prices might go up, but investors could have held on to the ETH themselves if that's the bet they wanted to make.

I also agree that REAL should be a way to invest in real estates. But I don't think all the ivnestors are thingking the same.
Many people will use it for like as other coins.

Guys, guys, I know that you want REAL to go to the moon but in my opinion even if it'is going to hit every exchange in the world, I don't expect to see a large volume, most tokens will be exchanged for RPP in the internal exchange when things will roll, and locked obviously. Which is the purpose of this token, if you're holding it for speculative reasons you chose the wrong project

But one side of exchange is more liquidity. Which every tokens need.

Yep was talking about liquidity, which in my humble opinion will be low even if you list it on every exchange. Maybe a partnership with Bancor would be a good idea. When I bought it like a month ago I had to do it accross several days because otherwise if I would did it in one go, I had to buy several sell orders driving the price up. That's a liquidity problem and I know that now TaaS is integrated into the Bancor network, but if you look for it, it doesn't show on the main page, only if you open the scroll menu, dunno why

I support being listed on decentralized ones. Maybe they are the futures.
But right now they are lack of liqudity even they have different solutions on this problem. At least some mid exchange is needed IMO.
