Looks like Republia scammers have gone quiet since the recent market collapse.

Maybe they are finished 

I think that potential investors deserve to know how Republia will held value of theirs investment when it is twin sister of Minex ICO?

Republia and Minex shares not just almost same leadership, but completely same financial system,which proved catastrofically in Minex and led to lost of 98.5% value loss of ICO during 1 year.

Republia in it whitepaper writes about using same flawed Minex parking system which with  70% annual interest generates hyperinflation in the system and shredding investors money in pieces.

It is not possible with such extremely high interest rate ( almost 50-70x bigger than central banks  of main world currencies have) to maintain value of investors money.

Also in Republia whitepaper,like in Minex too, is writing about currency interventions to maintain exchange rate in tightly price range. Same principal did not work in Minex and I really does not know why it will work in Republia Not logical at all.    It is not enough just to write about it ,you have to elaborate precisely how really you can control the price. What financial mechanism you will use? There are absolutely nothing about it in Republia whitepaper.

With 70% parking interest rate it will be extremely difficult and very costly. How Republia will finance that,when all source of income will be selling of premined coins which will make situation with inflation even worse as we see in Minex case.

Then again same program of issuing debit card like in Minex.It was clearly stated that Republia will use USDR token as a payment tool for this card. How Republia will do that when VISA and Mastercard do not allow nothing except fiat currencies to be used in theirs card system??? It is impossible to do,no doubt in it.

As I said earlier,whitelist is just piece of paper,wishlist sugar coated for investors. Investors do not need wishlist but precisely and effectively elaborated business plan.

You were talking about BOSS act and you were wrong about it.Stubborness is not a virtue at all.  This is not happenning repeating cant help  

You can get for free basic informations about BVI registred companies.For access to all documents issued by company you need to pay a fee. Here is a link where you can do that :

For those who do not understand much, I give a clear answer:

The registry of companies of the British Virgin Islands is not public, and the search in it is carried out on the basis of written requests and for a fee.
The search for information is usually done by specialized law firms that have access to this information.

As you wrote, read better next time. 

As I said ,you dont know what are you talking about. BOSS act is not about access of company data, but a special security measure imposed on companies registred in BVI to get full disclosure of ownership due to ensure successful combat against trans-border crime and illicit financial activity.

A BVI company that fails to comply with this ,commits an offence and maybe subject to a fine up to US$250,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, or both.

Next time read better.Your knowledge of English is poor that is why you are making so many hilarious mistakes.

I searched British Virgin Islands company register and did not find any proof that Republia or Republia Group is registred there.

They have to post their registration number if they are registred on BVI ,like Minex did,so investors can see it clearly.
