I doubt they will get millions, anyone who takes 5 minutes of googling can see this is a scam.

Some newbies will get duped. Even some other investors will get duped. What is the best way to try to stop them?

I don't know how this began, and did not know this is a scam or not, but I hope this is not as well thought out by the people. There are indeed that makes me think that is how they get so much of the proceeds which I think is somewhat nonsensical, while another project is quite difficult to achieve great results because of unstable market conditions.
Regardless of the scam or not, we do need to be careful to have a project to prevent wasted funds in invest

Yes you are right.
