Sorry i don't understand, this project will be closed ? 
I am not closing the project. No one was sending any transactions to Tier 1, and I dont feel there is much of a purpose to have the VPS up if no one is using the service. I am just trying to shift the direction to a more useful one, that is all. It seems now that there is transactions on Tier 1...We could use some of the funds to sponsor events donate to a cause etc etc. There is many things we can do. I am just trying to bring up options of things "possible". Don't have to switch to a POS chain. We could use funds in Tier 1 to sponsor events, Coinfest ETC ETC. There is many things that are possible here.

I will turn up a few % returned, I just didnt want to lock it up with a big %., and then have transactions getting stuck because there isn't enough funds.

That is the thing I am worried about. The coin is cool I like the interest it looks like a nice investment. Though if there is not enough demand it does not matter. We need future investors as well as traders. With very little movement at the moment as you have said, it does not look so good. Though I think it deserves a chance.
