Yes, 90% premine is too much. So please limit the premine to as low as possible with your new coin. Otherwise new coin can also fail soon or later.

There are advantage and disadvantages for doing this premine can be use for bounties and for the development of Revcoin I think the devs should just minimize the amount of coins that they are going to premine
