is it me or the reward per block is reduced too quickly , as I remember the way from 5000 to 1000 should have been passed 2 months and we have a little more than 24 hours fell from 5000 to 4600?

Ritocoin successfully transitions to exponential block reward reduction
Today at block 157,081 the Ritocoin project successfully implemented its planned reward reduction. The block reward is being reduced on schedule, and will slowly move from 5,000 to 1,000 RITO per block. At block 184,024 the reward will be 2,500 and so on...
This success is yet another step forward in our fluid project and now we can head into the future with exciting confidence. Ritocoin's main emphasis is to be a playground for blockchain enthusiasts and hackers.
We have a highly active community of people from all walks of life, and we encourage ourselves to be bold with fresh ideas for our project.
The Ritocoin project developers hold monthly community meetings, and the next one will be scheduled soon.

Our Android wallet for Ritocoin has been released.
This is a fork of the Breadwallet code that was used in numerous other coin project wallets, including Ravencoin.
It is fully functional, supports 12 word seed wallets, sends and receives funds, etc.
Asset support is NOT supported in this wallet but will come in future releases.

The 2.2.2.0 wallet was released a couple days ago.
It incorporates a gigantic number of achievements courtesy of Ravencoin and in collaboration with Traysi.
We keep finding issues and improvements to RVN and we work with them via Traysi to get them fixed and resolved.
Those improvements get put into the main Ravencoin codebase and then we bring them on over into Ritocoin.
Our plan has been to fork Ravencoin and not stop there, but continue to collaborate with them to improve that chain, and then continue to follow Ravencoin code at Ritocoin.
We have a really good process here for incorporating all new Ravencoin improvements into our own codebase.
I feel very positive for the future.
Messaging will be added to the asset codebase very soon, maybe within a month.
You will be able to send messages to the holders of your assets. That is going to open the doors to surprising and innovative ways of using assets.
2.2.2.0 also significantly improved performance and memory utilization. Traysi led the charge on that one, helping track down why Ravencoin/Ritocoin was using more memory than it should. The asset layer underwent substantial changes to improve this.

The next big milestone is the pi/2 day when the block reward reduction starts. We are just over a fortnight away from that event and it is going to be a big event. I will be spending a lot of time leading up to that continuing to test and scrutinize our code to make sure it will work flawlessly. Once we get past that and all the pools hang in there without problems, I will be relieved and ready to move on to further developments.
The block reduction has been tested on the RITO testnet. No issues observed.

The Ritocoin dev team is pleased to announce the release of version 2.2.2.0 of the Ritocoin wallet. This release brings us up to date with Ravencoin's latest release, and also contains numerous improvements contributed by the Ritocoin team. This new release has substantial improvements to the chain syncing performance, and also uses much less memory. Asset indexing is now disabled by default so if you want to run explorer type services for assets, you will need to enable that index. "If you are already familiar with our website, discord or whitepaper, you are probably aware that masternodes had been proposed as a feature of the network from the beginning. This opened the door to ongoing discussions in the Ritocoin community regarding
● A masternode’s true purpose
● What benefit they provide to the project
● How the benefit is realized
● The collateral
This discussion, governed entirely by stakeholders across the extended network yielded a defining moment for our vision of flexibility. We have not yet found the potential utility of masternodes, however, the conversation has not reached an extent to where we could abandon the idea. To quote one of our developers during this discussion on our Discord":
“Just want to give a reminder here that even though masternodes are on the roadmap, it is not set in stone. This coin belongs to the community and we will do what we as a community want to do. If we conclude that we want to take this coin a different direction than masternodes, then that is what we’ll do.”
The Ritocoin asset layer went live at block 50,000. Once activated, this feature gives anyone with at least 500 RITO the ability to issue a unique token to the Ritocoin blockchain.
Use cases for assets are limitless. With mobile wallets supporting assets in the future, coupled with the eventual activation of the token-holder messaging feature, new horizons for development are ready to be explored.
With the powers of decentralization and an open distributed ledger, a fair distribution of resources, and the trustless, transparent nature of Ritocoin, assets could manifest new ways of benefiting from cryptographic technologies such as cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets.
