The files are identical - here are the SHA1 sums:

Both are perfectly clean. There is not a hint of malware in these files.
The warning was definitely just a Chrome glitch. No reason to be alarmed.

I can confirm this. Checked with Emsisoft Anti-Malware with paranoid settings.
Can you try the first Windows download link, I tried second one and scan them, it's clean

which DL-link did you use?
i can guarantee you that the wallets are clean. if you re worried you can also compile them yourself, load
them up at the hosts i used, and download them again, and test if its still showing you the warning.
I used the first Windows download link, download again, hit the same issue, but I tried the second Windows link, it's clean, so could you check the file in the first download link?

I got it from the dropbox one.
I wouldnt worry. It shows up for the btc wallet too i think
