These pools use a PPLNS payout scheme, and are stratum enabled. The PPLNS windows is set to only four hours, the expected payout will be reached quickly.
These pools work together for efficiency, and to avoid orphans.

now that you said it the big guns moved in for a while mined the shit out of it bumping up dif... and now your stuck with a high dif and a 12% profit. Good job..
