No, not at the moment. If their platform is released, you have to deposit your RPX on their platform for staking, so you can't stake them on your NEON or NEO GUI Wallet.

It's probably good they work out these issues when it's on 1 'relatively' smaller trading site. Once they open up to other marketplaces they should have theses issues solved.

If the team starts posting more positive news I predict this coin exploding (I have like $100 in this coin, so not really shilling that much I just think it's trading very, very unusually flat at the moment).

Just for information, with the actual NEON Wallet 0.0.7 you can only deposit RPX, but you can't access your RPX! You will have to wait until NEON Wallet Version 0.0.8 is released to send it FROM the Neon wallet to another wallet, if you just want to deposit your RPX it's ok of course.
