Yes I did, everything looked fine but I kept getting the same error. I downloaded the new wallet that is out today (https://coin.red-pulse.com/neon-wallet-instructions/) and everything worked fine.

The Purchase Agreement is working now, to avoid problems afterwards everybody should fill out the form, just my recommendation.

Yup, it is indeed working now. Filled out the form and received my, belated, Scrypt Hash.

At first I got a web server error at the Participation form.

Try and select the link and copy it (don't do copy link address, but literally copy the written out text!). This worked for me. Filled out the form, got the Hash and participated.

Got the RPX sitting in my wallet right now
