What I'd like to know is why a new NEO wallet is required to participate in the RPX ICO ?
What is wrong with the current NEO-GUI wallet for use in this ICO ?

Right now, none of the existing NEO wallets is able to correctly interact with Red Pulse smart contract as this interaction requires some advanced functionality that none of those wallets support. NEO-GUI is the only one that is confirmed to be updated and ready in time for Red Pulse ICO.

Maybe dumb question, but is it possible to transfer an not "integer number" (like 30.2 and not 30 or 31) during the sale? I know that I couldn't transfer non-integer number of NEO token to my NEO wallet.
Nope, NEO is not divisible. It's not possible to make a transaction on NEO blockchain with fractional amount of NEO.
Does anyone know when the NEO Wallet will be updated regarding the RPX ICO, there needs to be a new feature or something which is necessary for the ICO?
I think I've heard that it should be released either tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Hope there won't be any delays (or serious bugs) as timeline is already pretty tight.
Also does anyone know if NEON wallet will be updated with the feature until the 08th to be used for RPX ICO?

China firm launches ICO, lol, isn't your government already ban this ? Is bitcointalk excluded for you??
They are not China based.
As far as I understand they are based in Hongkong which technically is part of China but does not fall under the same regulations. Also they exclude chinese Investors for this project. They delayed this ICO after the Chinese ban has been announced to make sure it 100% complies with regulations. So I think it is still a very good project to invest, but they hype will probably be a bit smaller than it would have been otherwise.
I think they did their legal work and I am sure the regulation thing is cleared till the ico. Anything else would not make sense and hurt rpx and Neo as well
May be the Red Pulse team solve the problems with regulators, hope that this ico will be successful and investors will see tokens on exchanges very fast. I'm watching with interest for the development of the Red Pulse project.

And like the other said, I'm very worried to not be able to invest more than 1k after the first hour since a few hundreds whales could buy everything. 50k limit is too high in my opinion.

I think you can't as you need to be whitelisted already, you should have applied until the 7th of September for the KYC to join the ICO now. So you can't register any new "account" now to get in the ICO for RPX.

About he whilelist there is still no information is the application accepted... how to be sure that we will be accepted will they wait for the last minute? The whitelist should be already defined. Imo it took too long
