If I take a stake (5btc) what happens if I move my RBIS out and then replace them the same month?
Am I free to take out stakes Rbis over the 75,000?

Yes, you are free to move your Rubies around during the month just be sure to have them back in your provided Stakeholder address by months end to receive payouts. You are able to use your staked Rubies however you like, make sure if you want to renew after one year to accumulate 20% more Rubies to qualify per spot owned. The renewal isn't mandatory, but will extend your dividends another year.

We are looking into some of the possibilities the community has mentioned, there are still many things in development and more businesses about to add Rubies. The second half of this month will get quite busy for Rubies holders. Trade-Mining at C-Cex will end this month as well on April 30th, we want to thank C-Cex admins for their participation, and hope to have a strong relationship with all exchanges as Rubies continues to grow and evolve as a business backed currency. Another sports event held by our moderators will be launched soon so look for that in the near future as well.
Our developers for BetterBets.io were being very cautious of what they thought was a potential exploit on Rubies betting. The issue was actually less scary and was a minor coding error that led to some players receiving more Rubies than was planned from initial distribution. After going over logs it seems only a few people were affected and gained 1200 more Rubies than was intended. None of these users withdrew them however, and the issue was corrected. Playing with RBIES will resume after BetterBetsdev has applied a few patches to improve overall experience within 48 hours.
Just a reminder, the option to be a Rubies stakeholder ends on April 30th, if you are interested please read the OP and plan accordingly. If any of the 4 unsold spots remain the income from these will remain with our team.

Price is going down, time to buy rubies as many as you can while it is cheap now then go to the moon soon. 
Yeah I think this is the right to do now if you've been on altcoins for quite some time you'll know what coins are likely to succeed and what are not and I don't think Rubies id one of them the low price is your big opportunity to get more of it a lower price you'll not going to regret in the end..
This one is one of many example that rbies are still strong and have many future development. owner or developer are working overtime they knew that this things is just part of a normal movement of a traded coin. I believe that rbies are here and existing! Good vibes dev.
We're monitoring the situation and we're pretty sure that most winners have not dumped their coins onto the markets. Even if they did, total winnings from the raffle amount to about 8K coins so far, clearly more than that were sold. We're subject to the market like everybody else and we'll just have to bear it. Like I said before, we're in this for the long haul and have a solid business plan; people dumping their coins now may be sorry a few months from now. For what it's worth, we're all holding our coins and stakeholders are doing the same.
Right, but I'm not talking about the lottery (since at this point people are overpaying for what the rubies are worth so the lottery actually strengthens the rubies price), I'm talking about bet mining. Because you took away the weekly cashback rewards system in favor of global bet mining, players such as myself who aren't interested in rubies have no option other than to take what we accumulate during our session and sell them on a market. If you allowed the option between bet mining and weekly cash back, you'd have less people dumping what they mined which I'd assume would help the price (as there would be less supply with the same amount of demand).
They can't if you read OP the BB team doesn't have the income from bitcoin to fund a cashback with stakeholders. Bet-mining then dumping isn't an issue either unless you are doing 4000 btc volumes weekly. You can always give your rbies to me
