We haven't heard from their Support yet, I would hold for a bit there until they respond. C-Cex is all set, Livecoin was also contacted but they may not be at work yet (time zone).

no need to re-sync if your wallet shows the same as the block explorers. The wallet update is not mandatory but is highly advised as it contains more updates to keep the network stable.

The chain seems to have forked on or near 43189. If your wallet seems to be stuck, or is on different or higher block number than the official explorers you will need to re-sync to get back on the correct chain.
Steps needed to resync:
1) Close your wallet
2) locate your application support folders (In these locations)

3) Make a backup of the wallet.dat file, store it somewhere safe
4) delete all the other files except wallet.dat and keep any rubies.conf files you may have created
5) Start the wallet and wait for it to re-sync, which might take about 20 mins

Is the faucet really empty after I sent 2k Rubies to it less than 48 hours ago? Please explain.
My understanding was a faucet was used to allow the community to try the use of coins, maybe I missed something.
