Downloaded the new wallet and tried to get it to sync but it is still stuck on the block 11670. SO any help is appreciated

In that case please do the following:

1- Stop your wallet
2- Go to your wallet data directory (the directory which contains your wallet.dat and your blockchain data)
Here are the data directory locations:
Windows: C:\Users\<>\AppData\Roaming\rubies
Mac: /Users/>/Library/Application Support/rubies
Linux: /home/>/.rubies

3- Copy/Backup your wallet.dat to a safe location away from this folder(Different directory, USB Stick, etc). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
4- Delete everything else under your wallet data directory
5- Install new wallet executable
6- Start wallet and let it sync from block 0, this may take some time.

IMPORTANT: whatever you do, make sure you don't lose your wallet.dat file, otherwise if something goes wrong you will lose your coins and there's nothing we can do to help you get them back. So step #3 is of paramount importance. Make multiple copies of your wallet.dat; it's better to be safe than sorry.

EDIT: I got some very fast help and after a bit of tinkering it looks like everything is back to normal now. Have to say really happy with the speed i was helped with

it depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, the amount of coins you stake, the network weight, and well thats about it on this, Rubies has in my understanding a basic, stable, PosV1 at 5% a year system.

interestingly enough, the net-weight swings from 75k-2.2mil currently
so until a bit more time passes and the weight averages out it's even harder to answer your question exactly! haha ;p

They are good and I have been following them not to long after they launch their gambling site, i put my hat in the ring as well because their coder is very good. This site is one of the best site around here and the only requirement to get rubies is to wager 1 btc , to get that kind of volume you could always use small bankroll.

ya i was able to acquire about 1300 rubies using a small bankroll myself and some luck, the market value of those coins are many times more what i played with to get them (im not a big gambler)
i havent sold them yet of course, already received my first stake too
so all in all im liking this site, and rubies, so ill be following for sure

No there can only be unique wallet.dat files connected to the network, or 1 of those wallets will show with (conflicting TX)

Since I see this question a lot, I'm curious as to why you'd want to. There is zero benefit even if you could -- how long it takes doesn't mean anything, as you will eventually get the same number of coins regardless. In most staking wallets, I only open them every 60-90 days (meaning I stake every couple months). Then I merge the two inputs and close it out again for a couple months.
