if you plan to operate a master node ? (20,000) then start now and you'll be first in line when it comes to the swap for version 2.0

is there any reason that you would like to wait?

just FYI this has been the lowest price SINCE the news release of the fork

actually probably the best answer to give would be

"dollar cost average" your way into the position you want to hold

Well Rupee is being changed to PoS so maybe better just to buy soem and stake them or buy 20,000 and run a MasterNode
