This is a great idea, especially the working android wallet. From what i know, 80+ of internet users in your region is using cheap android phones for connectivity so you are having enormous potential users.

When The phone wallets with The intergration of buying rupee with Fiat takes of.
Imaging being able to buy rupees, and sent Them all over The World. Do you guys even know How many immigrants are sending money home trough western Union, with huge fee and waiting time. This could Be a gamechanger!
US started Bitcoin, Etherium is more like a European thing, Neo is for China. Rupee is for South Asia!!

Depends when the next block is mined. Hopefully as we get more miners joining Rupee, the transactions will be faster.

I sent coins from Yobit to Nova exchange. Yobit wallet status is "Wallet status: Delayed (19009 blocks)". Nova shows incoming transaction but with 0 confirmation. How long it will take for confirmations? Block explorer shows last block was 6 hrs ago.
CoinMiners just found a block. Now your problems are resolving now

- The whole region is a growing economy
- Over 25 % of The worlds population lives there
- Many people from that area, is working overseas, this Will help Them sent money home, with No Big fees or waiting time.
- The Name Rupee, Everyone in South Asia know What is is, and South Asians love their own stuff:)
- Around 39% of The World dont have a bank account, But way more People have or Can reach a smartphone!
