I use Firefox , Chrome , UCBrowser , Opera Mobile and even my native and stock browser but still can't access the site.

Oh sorry didn't noticed that in the first page. Then well hope I can reached the giveaway before it ends. Im away from my desktop and our IT blocks our internet connection in office. Can't do the sending step lol.

We had a spammer over the weekend spammed "firstcoins" with over 500 requests. Someone also from the Indonesia spamming account, so we had to cancel all Indonesian entries, all others coins will go out sometime this afternoon!

Can someone explain why you're submitting a request for $2, receiving that $2, and then sending it to someone else to get $2 back? Why not skip the last step?
I do agree with you as this all process is too complicated.OP needs to make it simple as possible.After requesting 2$ it should be upto user to withdraw it the way he wants.It could be that they want to test whether their systems (request and send) are working well. And if you think it is too complicated, you can leave it away. IMO it is not as complicated as you think since it is a FREE money..
