I have a rig of 5x RX470 and get a 1400 mh/s total hashrate.
Miner for AMD is Mvis miner (or Sedominer = it s a copy of Mvis): https://github.com/mining-visualizer/MVis-tokenminer
Nvidia rig of 6x 1070 get around 4200 mh/s hashrate on Tofu Cosmic miner; so, yes - Nvidia have solid advantage here.
