I think that is not a limitation of this kind. I do not see the meaning of a limitation. I can not make this claim for sure because I did not read anything officially, it's just my opinion.

For me maybe they have limitsation for upload photos in a day. If there's no limitation it can cause traffics and spam picture that can't be monitor. So i think everyday hav a limit to upload. After the day it will reset.
