So True. I dont even have the cash readily available to buy more SFR to really benefit in the ELite Club but I would find the cash to buy more bTc to buy more SFR............based entirely on a promise from the Developer
Thats the chance I choose to take even with bTc at $385 with no bottom in site

Personally I am against the formation of an elite club with benefits. It just sounds like a way for the richer to get richer, and to gradually take control of the coin. If fund raising is required use an IPO or similar that is equal and open to all.
That is not for rich only, It is for SFR holder good.Instead of miner.
Just like stock holders, the more you hold the better benefit you get from the company right ?

The rich always get richer. Are you going to change that. Before they get rich they do stupid things like work 2-3 jobs, use credit cards to fund a small start up, mortgage the family house to invest in a new venture or work on their dream 15-20hrs/day and have no relationship with their family or kids . You can do the same but WARNING you may end up broke ! Point is... most 'rich' deserve all they have as they do 'stupid' things others of us dont dare contemplate. Maybe after you read about Gates, Jobs or Buffet then you may want to remain poor

Sometimes strong leadership is required. Every 'community' needs a leader even highly democratic ones. Without firm but fair leadership then resentment will set in. People do not appreciate 'nice' over the long term.
As a poster said the answer is obvious and Im afraid we are running out of time to implement these long term structural financial changes so that we concentrate on SFR development.
People are not awash with cash and bTc is at yearly lows. The environment is shifting and the Dev still has integrity, skills, past development & future development to exchange for cash/btc & coin stability............. for now.

I personally dislike idea of elite club, it encourages unfair distribution and half dead community of small amount of holders. I'd rather distribute like 10% of shares to sfr owners and 25 through IPO wig sfr as payment.

If the IPO gets chosen, will it only be available to elite member only?
And same question for free shares...if free shares are chosen, will it be available to elite members only?
Have you thought about doing a hybrid type deal? Maybe including both IPO and free shares.

I think IPO will be open to everyone and free shares only to elite members
No to get any type of shares, you need to be elite member. This is only for elite members. This poll is for those to decide whether the shares given to elite members will be through an IPO or will they just be distributed without the member paying anything hence free shares.

I think more details need to be given, because most people will just pick 'free share' because it's free but I don't think they really understand how it work. I myself is still not really clear .

What's with Bittrex? Bittrex dying too? Volume way too low consecutively for days.
At the moment Bter is the biggest exchange. SFR could be nice addition there. Maybe SFR team should focus listing Saffron on Bter in short term. It will surely affect the price.
