As far as I understand, you need to buy sigt to participate in the conversion to 2.0, which is a new team, and people are disappointed with sigt.

The swappable supply will be premined. Picture this hypothetical scenario (all numbers were made up on the spot):
Straks has 30m premine for swaps.
People actually swap 80m sigt (in actuality, this may turn out to be 1m, 10m or 100m, no clue what'll happen).
These 80m sigt are burned. People get 20m straks. These 20m straks are distributed from the 30m premine for swaps.
The remaining 10m straks are airdropped and/or distributed via bounties.
