i have some signatum, in case this works, what will happen to that coins?

I think we would find a way to do a swap somehow.
Lol, I have some Sigt and considering dumping it soon.
But now it seems I have a reason to hold it.

Another vote for Shine and XSN as a ticker.

We like the symbol XSN we have purchased the domain and will do a re brand under XSN thank you.

We will update the ANN soon with more info

Is it still safe to mine on the "old" SignatumClassic wallet with my current address ?  Will the new wallets be compatible with the existing wallet.dat file ?

Really excited about this project, itcould be everything Signatum should have been, but better. I will 100% support this and follow the thread for more info. Thanks for having the initiative to come up with an idea like this!

I think for the sake of the coin we will end up dropping SIGC signatum and going our own route with a full rebrand and launch.

Yes but WILL THERE BE A POOL AT LAUNCH  Tongue

Probably

We are also entertaining a complete rebrand and codebase. Thoughts anyone ?

I think it is better to drop SIGNATUM.

My suggestion for the name from your first post: SHINE.

I feel this is a good opportunity to allow SIGC to shine
I agree. Even as a fork, the project should stand on it's own name. The stigma, bad blood, and publicity from the previous project it's what you need now
